Le maschere dell’Altro: Lacan con Hegel

Fin dalla formulazione dello “stadio dello specchio” (1936), Jacques Lacan spiega il processo di costruzione dell’io attraverso la nozione di alienazione: legge Freud con Hegel. La cura analitica è una “esperienza dialettica” capace di produrre il vacillamento delle certezze dell’io e di svelare al soggetto la verità inconscia nascosta della sua storia. Lacan recupera il senso della Fenomenologia dello spirito di Hegel attraverso il commento di Alexandre Kojève. Le figure del sapere che il soggetto incontra e in cui si identifica sono le maschere dell’Altro, che per Lacan è il luogo dell’incontro intersoggettivo, ma anche quello della verità del soggetto dischiusa dalla dialettica edipica.

Since the formulation of the “mirror stage” (1936), Jacques Lacan has exposed the process of ego construction by means of the notion of alienation: reading Freud through Hegel. Psychoanalytic care is a “dialectical experience” capable of producing the vacillation of the certainties of the ego and of unveiling to the subject the unconscious truth hidden in its history. Lacan finds the meaning Phenomenology of Spirit of Hegel in Alexandre Kojève’s commentary. The figures of knoledge that the subject meets and identifies with are the masks of the Other, which, according to Lacan, is the place of intersubjective encounter, but also that of the truth of the subject discosed by the oedipal dialectic.
